Job Responsibilities:
- Provide tech support through phone and web portal requests.
- Manage and follow up on detailed support tickets for multiple retail locations across the country.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and resolve their tech issues efficiently.
- Work independently, implementing solutions without constant supervision.
- Handle shifts from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm CST, with two consecutive days off weekly (Tues/Wed, Wed/Thurs, or Thurs/Fri).
Salary & Benefits:
- Starting Pay Rate: $20.31/hour for the first 7 months, then increasing to $21.60/hour.
- Training: First two weeks are fully onsite for training.
- Contract: This is a 40-hour/week contract role, initially for 6 months, with the potential for extensions or full-time conversion.
