- Led the onsite catering team of 8 direct reports, serving between 800 and 1000 customers.

- Ensure the correct use of all kitchen machinery and equipment.
- Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.
- Complete weekly bookwork and reports, stock taking, and ordering.
- Provide services including breakfast, lunch, coffee shop, and hospitality with fine dining.
