Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior Project Managers with project management tasks through each phase of project delivery.
  • Develop project requirements, select vendors, and create project execution plans.
  • Maintain project controls, monitor performance, and participate in project meetings.
  • Coordinate technical requirements for the purchase of fleet vehicles, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and construction related to capital projects.
  • Conduct on-site construction progress reviews and ensure compliance with GTAA standards and safety requirements.
  • Planned, coordinated, and delivered small projects within the GTAA capital program.
