- Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or a related field is required. Certification in occupational health and safety, such as NEBOSH, is essential.
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the Oil and Gas industry is required. Prior experience in ADNOC projects is preferred. Experience working with international or multicultural teams is a plus.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of local and international health and safety regulations, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), attention to detail, data analysis capabilities, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
